Other criteria which may be considered include:

Nominations will not be limited by geographic region. The local chapter nearest to the nominee will be asked to endorse the nomination. Supporting documents may include:

  • No more than five (5) letters of nomination from a diverse group of individuals (letters may be used for up to two (2) years from their original date)
  • Curriculum Vitae

Selection Process:

Supporting evidence will be submitted by the nominator to the Central Office, and forwarded to the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee, a subcommittee of the Awards and Nominations Committee, will recommend a winner to the Board of Directors.
