2020 PSHP Annual Assembly Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitor Booth Package: $1,500

  • A Virtual Exhibitor Booth - customized event space to meet attendees and sell your product and services, Logos, marketing materials, promotions videos, product descriptions, the sky is the limit. We will walk you through customizing your booth to keep attendees attention..Representatives will be able to connect and network with attendees throughout the event. Booths include personalized web contact forms for lead generation, you will also get post-conference metrics who accessed your booth, what they clicked, etc. Finally, there will be built in times in the schedule when attendees are pushed to your booth to message representatives, you'll also have the option of doing live video at those times
  • Your logo included in event marketing material
  • A list of attendees 
  • You may participate in all CE sessions and receive CEs
  • Your logo displayed during all breaks throughout the conference
  • Your logo included on the page on the website dedicated to this event

Reverse Trade Show (Must be Purchased with the Exhibitor Booth): $500

  • 2 hours of semi-private appointment with Directors of Pharmacy, buyers, and other decision makers.
5 Minute Speaking Opportunity (Must be Purchased with the Exhibitor Booth) $750
  • At the beginning of a speaker session opportunity to address all attendees to sell your product and invite them to your booth. There is a limited number of spots available. You will be assigned your time on November 4th, 5th, or 6th.

Product Theater (Must be purchased with an Exhibitor Booth) $2,000

  • Product Theaters provide an opportunity for commercial organizations to present information about their products, services, or therapeutic areas to pharmacists attending the virtual PSHP Annual Assembly. The material presented in Product Theaters may be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product. Therefore, these sessions are considered promotional and may not offer continuing pharmacy education credit. The sponsor or the sponsor’s designated third-party meeting planning organization is responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, promotion, and management of the Product Theater.

Cancellation or Withdrawal: An exhibitor may cancel and/or withdraw in writing no later than Monday, October 15, 2020. Cancellation will result in a cancellation penalty of $500, which is to be retained by PSHP for administrative purposes. Any cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. You cancellation request must be sent in an email to Karen at Meetings@PSHP.org .
