The Pennsylvania Society of Healthy-System Pharmacists continues to closely monitor Governor Wolf's plans for reopening the state.  We are also working closely with the venue to ensure safety for all individuals participating in the Annual Assembly. We will update all registrants regarding any changes to the event.

Exhibiting at the Annual Assembly

The Annual Assembly attracts over 300 attendees including Directors of Pharmacy, Supervisors, Assistant Directors, Staff Pharmacists, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacists, Technicians, and pharmaceutical organizations and companies. Displaying at this event provides a forum for you to meet the decision-makers who purchase the products and secure the services your organization supplies. This is the biggest event of the year for health-system pharmacists. Your frequently asked questions are answered below.

What are the Exhibit & Sponsor Fees and Options?

$2,500: 1 six foot skirted table with 2 chairs and access to a 110 outlet and conference entrance for 2 representatives and includes all meals and events

$3,500: 1 six foot skirted table with 2 chairs and access to a 110 outlet with two (2) representatives and entrance to the Reverse Trade Show 

Silver Sponsor: Includes your exhibit table and 2 chairs, entrance to the Reverse Trade Show,  2 tickets to the Honors and Awards Dinner, and a half page ad in our printed program

Gold Sponsor: includes your table, the Reverse Trade Show, 2 Honors and Awards Dinner tickets, your logo on our website and a full page ad the printed program.

What is a Reverse Trade Show?

You will have 2 hours to attend semi-private appointments with Directors of Pharmacy, Department Buyers and other key decision makers of health-system pharmacy institutions.

How do I get a discounted overnight room at the hotel?

What is the Cancellation Policy?  

An exhibitor may cancel and/or withdraw in writing no later than Monday, October 15, 2020. Cancellation will result in a cancellation penalty of $500, which is to be retained by PSHP for administrative purposes. Any cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. You cancellation request must be sent in an email to Karen at

What is the Photo/Video Release Policy?

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PSHP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by PSHP and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
