PSHP’s Patient Safety Resource Center

Patient safety has become a major concern for both society and policymakers.  Practitioner reporting and sharing of incident information internally and externally can enhance patient safety by helping to prevent recurrence of similar events, with the ultimate goal of fail-safe medication use in health systems.  For more information on patient safety the following links are provided.
