Exhibiting at the Annual Meeting
The Annual Assembly consistently attracts health system pharmacists and pharmacy students from across the state of Pennsylvania. We are expecting upwards of 150 attendees including directors of pharmacy, supervisors, assistant directors, staff pharmacists, clinical coordinators, clinical pharmacists, students, technicians, home health care professionals, and pharmaceutical organizations and companies. They will examine your products and services in the exhibit hall to help them make educated decisions in providing better and more up to date care in their pharmacy setting.
We have invigorated our programming plans for this annual event this year. We plan to bring back the annual golf tournament, incorporate provocative pro/con style debates, clinical pearls on contemporary topics, and target concurrent track of student programming on Friday.
Exhibit & Sponsor Fees:
$2,000 for one (1) pipe and drape booth with two (2) representatives
$250 per each additional representative
$2,500 for one (1) pipe and drape booth with two (2) representatives and Reverse Trade Show
Optional: $2,500 Product Theater (much also purchase table)

What is Included with Your Fee:
An 8’x10” exhibit space with one (1) six -foot clothed and skirted table pipe and drape
Two (2) chairs and a waste basket

An exhibitor may cancel and/or withdraw in writing no later than Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Cancellation will result in a cancellation penalty of $500, which is to be retained by PSHP for administrative purposes. Any cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund.
Photographs and videos of attendees are taken at PSHP programs. By registering for this program, you are giving PSHP permission to take your photograph or video and use it with or without your knowledge and permission on PSHP promotional material including but not limited to our newsletters and conference materials, social media, publications, and our website.
