Cost for DVSHP and Bux-Mont Members are free. Non-DVSHP & Non-Bux-Mont Members will cost $35 per person. You can pay with cash or check (made out to: DVSHP) at the dinner. Refunds are not necessary as pre-dinner payment is not set up at this time.

Continuing Education Information

Successful completion requires evaluation of each session attended. The evaluation form must be completed and returned at the conclusion of the program. NABP ID number and date of birth (MM/DD only) are required to receive credit for the program. Further information can be obtained here

1. Recognize changes in healthcare which will impact the future role of pharmacists in care of patients.
2. Identify new clinically relevant services which pharmacists can provide.
3. Understand changing regulations which impact pharmacy practice.

Upon completion of this seminar the pharmacy technician will be able to:

1. Recognize changes in healthcare which will impact the future role of pharmacy in care of patients.
2. Understand the role of pharmacy in maintaining safe medication use during drug shortages.
3. Understand changing regulations which impact pharmacy practice.

Wilkes University is approved by the American Council on Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education that complies with the Criteria for Quality for continuing pharmaceutical education programming. This program is acceptable for 1 hours (0.1 CEU) of continuing education credit in the states that recognize ACPE providers. Statements of completion of continuing pharmaceutical education will indicate date, hours and CEUs of the program based on the participant's attendance. Statements of credit will be provided to participants immediately after they complete an online evaluation form.
